How to stop being addicted to coffee?

The answer is you can have small goals along the way for: e.g skip the afternoon coffee three days of the week.
Try to drinking 1/4 less cup of coffee each week. Try drink green tea it have caffeine, but as much things like coffee, soda and energy drinks if you are feeling the need for coffee or energy drinks in afternoon.
